CABINET MANUFACTURING PROCESS
1. Material Selection
We carefully inspect raw wood for quality, consistency, and structural integrity before production.
2. Material Preparation
Raw lumber is kiln dried, fumigated, and termite treated to prevent finished warpage and repel pests.
3. Plywood Panel Manufacturing
Solid wood is processed into veneer sheets and cross-directionally laminated into durable 3/4-inch plywood for strong, stable cabinet construction.

5. Precision Machining & Hardware Preparation
CNC machining, drilling, and routing create clean joinery, shelf-pin holes, and hardware preparation for accurate assembly and consistent operation.
6. Cabinetry Assembly
Cabinet components are assembled into complete cabinetry units, with panels, shelves, doors, drawers, and hardware fitted for proper alignment, function, and finish readiness.
7. Door & Drawer Face Finishing
Doors and drawer faces are fabricated and sanded, then stained or painted to achieve a refined, consistent finished appearance.
8. Final Assembly, Quality Control & Shipment
Completed cabinets are fully assembled and inspected for fit, alignment, function, finish quality, and overall workmanship before being protected, packed, and prepared for shipment.
