Our multi-unit cabinetry and countertop program provides a fully integrated finished product and logistics solution for large-scale developers. From architectural plans, our team develops coordinated takeoffs, CAD drawings, cabinet elevations, and 3D renderings. Once product is ordered, we handle projects from manufacturing through quality control, packaging, and delivery.
We manage the entire supply chain—from origin exportation to ocean freight, U.S. drayage, warehousing, and scheduled jobsite delivery. Once product is offloaded to the jobsite, we continue to provide support through onsite project supervision and guidance for initial product assembly and installation.
The result is a streamlined factory-to-jobsite solution designed to deliver exceptional quality, consistency, and economies of scale across large developments.
1. Project Intake & Plan Review
We review developer-provided plans to create CAD drawings, elevations, and plans. Within 7-10 days we provide proposals for review & sign off.
2. Sales Order & Production Sign-Off
Upon proposal approval, a sales order and production templates are prepared for review and sign-off by client.
3. Production Release
After the sales order and production templates are signed, the project is released into production queue. Production scheduling is organized around the approved scope, project priorities, manufacturing lead times, and anticipated delivery sequence.
4. Quality Control & Packaging
Completed products are inspected, protected, and packaged for international transportation, including foam protection and wooden crating. All crates are meticulously labeled by building, floor, unit, and space.
5. Coordinated Door-to-Door Logistics
6. Jobsite Delivery & Onsite Support
Once products arrive at jobsite, a Rhinegold Project Manager is assigned to help launch the installation process. Over approximately 3-5 days, our team provides hands-on guidance for receiving, uncrating, assembling, and installing cabinets and countertops.
