4 High-Capacity Production Lines

Our manufacturing plant is capable of producing in excess of 10,000 slabs per month. We specialize in manufacturing jumbo slabs (up to 70” x 141”), prefab panels, and cut-to-size countertops and showers for large-scale residential and commercial developments (from 20 units to several hundred units per subdivision).

2MM SF Facility

Our factory contains hundreds of active SKU’s in various colors, designs, and patterns. Beyond active SKU’s we are able to color-match customer-provided design specifications and requirements. We provide both high-quality quartz options and outdoor-durable high-quality sintered stone, great for outdoor kitchens and spaces.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

1. Quarrying & Raw Mineral Sourcing

Natural mineral stone and other selected raw materials are sourced from quarries. Materials are selected for the mineral composition, consistency, and color base.

2. Crushing, Milling, Mixing

The raw mineral materials are crushed and milled into a fine, controlled powder. Precise quantities of the different mineral components are then measured and blended together with mineral pigments.

3. Sheet Formation

Raw mineral materials are crushed and milled into a fine, controlled powder. Precise quantities of the different mineral components are then measured and blended together with mineral pigments.

4. Ultra-Compaction & Sintering

Mineral body undergoes intense vibro-compaction under very high pressure and high temperatures, consolidating the particles into a dense slab.

5. Precision Cutting & Sizing

Automated CNC equipment cuts and sizes the material to the required slab dimensions.

6. Machine Polishing & Surface Finishing

The slabs pass through automated polishing and finishing equipment to refine the surface to required smoothness, sheen, and texture.

7. Digital Printing

High-definition digital printing applies the selected color, pattern, and surface design with precise registration and repeatability. For through-body designs, the printed surface pattern is coordinated with the internal body design created earlier in the manufacturing process so the visual movement continues beyond the surface.

8. Quality Inspection

Completed slabs undergo detailed inspection for color and pattern consistency, dimensional accuracy, flatness, surface quality, finish, and visible defects. Approved slabs are then graded, identified, and prepared for packaging, storage, and shipment.
